You can return any qualifying item(s) within 14 days for a full refundโ€”no questions asked.

Please Note:

  • Products that have been personalized, as well as sale or markdown items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All extra postage costs incurred during the exchange or return of an item are the responsibility of the customer. The return of the new item is subject to us receiving these additional postage costs.
  • Initial shipping fees cannot be refunded when a product is returned.
  • We strongly recommend using recorded or special delivery for returns, as we cannot refund items that are lost in the post.
  • For all exchanges, except when the item is faulty, the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
  • International customs duties and sales taxes incurred during the return of a product cannot be refunded. All goods remain the customer's responsibility until we receive them.
